Comprehensive Inventory & Schedule of Condition Report

Starting from £75 +vat for studio/one bed apartment, then an additional £15 +vat per room.
There is no charge for a basic inventory

Management and Care of Property

10% +vat of rent collected There are no initial set up fees

Letting fee

(Every time we re-let your property, this will be deducted from the rental income. First let exempt)

Invoice pay service

(On each invoice paid i.e. repairs or utility payments etc for your property) Please note that we do not charge commission on top of repairs that we organise.

Let Only

There is an initial charge of £20+vat for us to advertise your property which is refundable from the final amount once it is let.
The full amount then payable is then equivalent to two weeks rent +vat.

Project Management of Refurbishment and Major Repairs

10% +vat of total cost of project.
To organise major refurbishment of part, or the whole of a property, e.g. new bathrooms, kitchens, central heating. We always advise Landlords on what works are required and would not proceed without permission.
