Please contact our office to arrange viewings of any properties you are interested in. The best way to do this is by phoning our office on 0161 445 7000. If properties are currently occupied, we will need to give the current residents at least 24 hours notice of the appointment.

We manage most of the properties listed and we will escort you on the viewing – you will need to meet at our office. For the few that we do not manage, the landlord will accompany you on the viewing – they will often meet you at the property. If you are unsure, then you should meet at our office.

Should you decide you want to secure a property, you will need to pay our administration fee and a deposit. The money will secure a property and we will stop advertising it. You will also need to provide a work reference, photo ID – this can be a passport or driving licence, you may also need to provide a previous landlord reference and a guarantor.

If we manage the property you will need to sign a direct debit mandate to pay your rent. If we do not manage the property you will need to sign a standing order form to pay the landlord directly. The rent is always payable on the first of each month.
