This zone is for both our current tenants and prospective tenants. Here you will find useful information and links relating to all aspects of living in rented accommodation.

Montrose Properties have a great reputation for looking after the needs of both landlords and tenants. We want all our tenants to be happy in their home and we always work hard to achieve this.

We have been established since 1981 and have dealt with many of our landlords for several years. We build up long term relationships not only with our landlords but with our tenants too – some of whom have rented from us for over 20 years! We are confident that we can provide you with accommodation and a service that meets up to your expectations.

We are happy for you to visit our office and read our comments book – to see for yourself the many positive comments people have had to say over the years.

Should you ever have any problems or concerns please contact our office as soon as possible. Problems may include, paying your rent; problems with neighbours or other residents; problems within your property or neighbourhood. We have many years of experience; nothing surprises us and we are always happy to help.

Should you ever feel disappointed or unhappy with our service, please write to our office – addressing your letter for the attention of Ben Smith, who has been the office manager for over 10 years. We often find that many problems can often be resolved and even avoided by good communication.
