Please contact us regarding any maintenance required in your property, it will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Our aim is to deal with all emergency repairs (faults that could cause a danger to the occupants) within 24 hours, urgent repairs (faults that are essential to the basic standards of living within the property or that could cause further damage if ignored,) within 7 days and all other request within 30 days. However the time scales do vary dependent upon how busy our contractors are at the time.

When you contact our office with your request, you should be quoted a job number, please quote this if you need to get in touch regarding this maintenance again.

Please bear in mind that if your request is for a general improvement to be made to the property, i.e. extra furniture to be supplied, removed, or something that was not supplied or agreed to be supplied at the time when you signed the tenancy agreement, permission from your Landlord may have to be sought first. If the Landlord does not agree to the work or to the costing, unfortunately, we will not be able to carry out the improvement. We will always try to be fair to both parties when negotiating or requesting improvements.

Our own maintenance staff and our regular contractors will usually call in to our office for keys to your property after organising repair work with you. They will always knock/ring door bell first. If there is no answer, they will enter and carry out the work. If this is not acceptable to you and you wish to be present during the visit, please contact us and request this.
